By joining Oenia Airlines you agree to the rules below. They exist to keep the experience realistic and enjoyable for every member of the crew. These rules complement our Terms of Service.
1 Membership
- ✓ One account per person. Sharing or selling accounts is not allowed.
- ✓ Provide accurate information when you apply.
- ✓ You must be able to operate a flight simulator (MSFS, X-Plane, P3D or FSX).
- ✓ Membership is free and may be ended by you at any time.
2 Flying & PIREPs
- ✓ Fly Oenia routes and aircraft you are rated for.
- ✓ File honest PIREPs — no time acceleration abuse, slewing or teleporting.
- ✓ One PIREP per flight; the ACARS client files it automatically.
- ✓ Fly responsibly: realistic procedures, sensible flight planning, safe landings.
💡 Suspicious or impossible PIREPs (e.g. unrealistic flight times) may be rejected by staff.
3 Conduct
- ✓ Be respectful to fellow crew and staff at all times.
- ✓ No harassment, discrimination, hate speech or toxic behaviour.
- ✓ Keep CrewTelecom and chat channels professional and friendly.
- ✓ Represent Oenia Airlines positively when flying online.
4 Online networks
- ✓ When flying on IVAO or VATSIM, follow that network's rules and ATC.
- ✓ Use correct callsigns and our assigned flight numbers.
- ✓ Online and offline flights both count toward your career.
5 Activity
- ✓ Fly at your own pace — there is no strict quota.
- ✓ Long inactivity may pause your account; reactivate it anytime by flying again.
- ✓ Let staff know if you'll be away for an extended period.
6 Enforcement
- ✓ Breaking these rules may lead to a warning, suspension or removal.
- ✓ Staff decisions are made fairly and case by case.
